TapioPRO^® BF Series is the superior function modified starch which has very broad properties and suits for a wide range of applications. The starch has an excellent stability and water-holding property while the ability to maintain thickening property during the process is still achieved. TapioPRO^® BF Series can be used both as a thickener and texturizer in varying applications.
