TapioPRO® CW Series are the premium cold water soluble modified starch products. While it is still able to achieve the excellent properties and stability of the modified starch, the starch which can dissolve in cold water will aid the manufacturer to bypass the heating – cooling process which will consume a lot of energy. In another case, if some ingredients in the product are very sensitive to heat, TapioPRO® CW starch is the solution to the manufacturer.
